Fourth and fifth grade girls will have a chance to learn about what they can do to help the ecology this Saturday, February 28, at the SD Discovery Center from 10AM – 12PM. Girls will learn about water and energy conservation through hands-on activities and do a fun craft to help the family remember to bring their re-useable shopping bags to the grocery store.
Girls who are Girl Scouts will be able to use this opportunity to work on the Eco-Action badge, but being a Girl Scout is not a requirement for participation. All girls may attend.
