In the spirit of “No Child Left Inside,” The Outdoor Campus is offering activities, materials and credits for teachers of grades 3 through 5.
“EE for 3-5″ (Environmental Experiences for Grades 3-5)
Benefits
- Participate at any district in the state via DDN
- Open to any adult in the state; completion certificate showing hours of contact available
- Earn one or two (optional) graduate or undergraduate college credits
- Option 1. Select two of the topics (4 three-hour classes) and earn one college credit for $45 OR
- Option 2. Select all four topics (8 three-hour classes) and earn two college credits for $9
- Get free teaching materials with each of the topics you select
- Experience new ways to integrate CORE or other guidelines and help our young learners understand and find their place in the natural world
- Project WET – February 24 and March 3
- Project WILD – March 10 and March 17
- Project Learning Tree – March 24 and March 31
- Ag in the Classroom – April 7 and April 14
